We provide accommodation to mainly Warwick and Coventry University students and professionals with homes that can be rented by groups or on an individual basis.

We are a family run business, and all the properties on our website are owned by us. Our emphasis is to provide a very high standard of accommodation, with modern and clean facilities. Each room is furnished with modern furniture and kitchens are fully equipped with clean and modern appliances. The properties are laminated in the main with a light an airy feel to the rooms. Most of the properties have parking in front of them. Each property is fitted with an alarm for your security and peace of mind.
